In Japan's Yahoo! Auctions, 99% of the sellers do not ship overseas. Thus we have to include shipment, currency exchange, and tax costs as a result when you pay for your item. Please note that we only take the commission, and you still need to pay for the other charges under normal conditions (e.g. having an account opened in Yahoo! Japan Auctions). Below is a list of all costs. |

1. Item Price
| | The total value of the item you bought from the seller. |
Tip: If you want to have a lower price, you can notice the exchange rate of the Japanese Yen, since Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and Yen's exchange rate in a year can have a 20% difference between the high and low points. Thus you can buy more when the Yen is weak, and save more as a result. |
2. Shipping
| | Your shipping cost from Japan to your home. If you want to save on shipping, you can buy more from the same seller since the shipping cost for one or more items have little difference in Japan. We will also use our fluent Japanese and ask the seller to keep the item intact with the least packaging, thus saving at most 30% of your shipping cost from Japan to Hong Kong. And our retailing office opens from 12AM to 9PM, so you can come to our office and pick up your item once you are off from work or is on vacation, which even saves your shipping from Hong Kong. |
3. Payment Charges
| Seller will denote whether they want account transfer or cash by mail as their method of payment.
Account transfer details: Japanese banks will receive an account transfer charge, for 30,000 Yen and under is 462 Yen; for over 30,000 Yen it is 620 Yen.
Cash by mail: We will send the funds by registered mail through the Hong Kong Post Office. The cost will be $20 HKD.

Tip: You will still be charged the same no matter how many items you bought. So if you want to save more, you can buy more items in the same order. |
4. Sale Tax
| If you have been to Japan, you should know that they have imposed a 5% flat sales tax for quite a long time already. However not all sellers will require a sales tax.

5. Commission
| The commission might seem expensive, but it actually includes:
- Our efforts for the past two and a half years (this website)
- Our Japanese-speaking employees' wages
- Our expenses for the retailing office
- Our time for bidding, contacting the seller, calculating and funds transfer
- The expenses of our Japan office
- Our sincerity, giving you a convenient, trustworthy, and an honest serviceˇC |
Tip: In Yahoo! Japan auctions most items cannot be found in Hong Kong, and if you gave the time and the effort to look for it, the items are 20-40% cheaper than their counterparts in Hong Kong.
