  Our commission takes 20% of the selling price, shipping charges, and misc.charges combined.

  - Japan EMS (Speedpost) to Hong Kong.Please browse the Japan Post website for details: http://www.post.japanpost.jp/fee/simulator/kokusai/index.html
- Japan local postal fee is around 1000-2000 Yen depending on the weight.
3. Why do you set up a minimum commission fee? top
  Since we also help our member in bidding for cheap auctions (even for 100 yen), we have to set up a minimum fee (HKD$50) to cover our business cost.
4. I'm not living in Hong Kong.Can you help me in bidding for an item? top
  Yes, of course.However, please notice that we will charge you for an additional shipping fee.All successfully bought items will be sent to our store in Hong Kong before we deliver them to you.
5. What is the exchange rate between Japanese Yen and Hong Kong Dollar? top
  We will use the bank's current exchange rate according to Hong Kong time.
6. I'm interested in a 'seller will not ship internationally' auction.Can you help me in bidding? top
  Sure.Our Japanese party will collect your bought item(s) first, and then deliver it/them to Hong Kong afterwards.
7. How long does it take for me to receive the bought item? top
  Direct shipment from Japan to Hong Kong is around 10-14 days.Indirect shipment takes around 15-20 days.
8. Can I choose another delivery service instead of 'EMS'? top
  From our experience, EMS is safer.Furthermore, we can track the shipping status by the parcel number through the internet.
9. How much is the payment transfer fee? top
  - We will pay the Japan bill through Hong Kong Post Office's registered air mail.The fee is $20 HKD.
- Japan's local transfer fee is 762 Yen for payments less than 30000 Yen.It is 920 Yen for payments over 30000 Yen.
10. How do I place an order? What information do you need? top
  We need the auction ID, seller ID, auction's closing date, your bidding method and bidding price.We shall bid for you at the last hour.
11. If my bid fails, do I still need to pay? top
  You don't need to pay for any charges.
12. If the current bidding price is over my maximum bidding price, how do I change my maximum bid? top
  Usually members can update the max bid price on our website.If the remaining bidding time is less than three hours, you can call our bidding hotline within our office hours.
13. Do I need to pay any deposit before ordering? top
  The deposit amount is equivalent to your max bidding price.The deposit ratio is 1000 Yen to $100 HKD.
14. What can I do if the seller refuses to deliver the item? top
  We seldom face this problem.However, we are a service provider only.The member needs to take all the responsibilities.If such a case happened, we would not charge the commission fee.Members must pay for the bidding price, all shipping fees and other service charges.
15. Are there any item limitations? top
  In general, there are no item limitations.However, we do not bid for a whole car as it needs extra transportation and service handling.We accept car accessories only.For the same reason, we do not bid for unmovable properties, big items, wine, tobacco, and fresh or frozen food.
16. Can I combine all the items in a single payment and ship them together? top
  We will combine the auctions only if they are sold by same seller and placed them on same order.Otherwise, they will be processed separately.Likewise, we will only combine shipping only on the same seller's items in an order.In other cases, the member needs to pay for individual payments.
17. How can I collect the successfully bidded item(s)? top
  You can collect your item(s) in our Causeway Bay store, or we can deliver them to you at your registered address.
18. If I want to know more about the auction detail, can you ask the question(s) for me? top
  We will not help the member in requesting for further product detail or other information.The member must make his/her decision in his/her own understanding.
19. Can I cancel my order? top
  The member can cancel his/her order before we bid for the auction.
20. Are there any bidding limitations? Can I order even if the remaining time is only 1-2 hours? top
  There are no limitations.However, the member should beware that we may not be able to bid for him/her if there was little time left for the auction.
21. Can I have the item(s) sent to my destination directly instead of going through Hong Kong? top
  Yes.However we will not be responsible for the item's conditions.You will need to pay for the commission, and we will not follow up regarding the item(s).
22. Besides the bidding service, can you help me in posting my product in Yahoo! Japan? top
  Sure.The member needs to provide the product, bidding period, closing date, starting price, product title and description in Japanese.The commission fee is 20% of the closed bidding price (minimum fee is $50 HKD).The posting fee of $20 HKD is a must.
23. If I order more, do I have a discount for the commission fee? top
  We set the commission as: 20% for bidding price under 100,000 Yen; 15% for 100,000-200,000 Yen; 10% for 200,000-300,000 yen.For 300000 Yen or above, please contact us for negotiation.The commission is calculated per auction.We don't accept combined calculations.
24. If my bidding fails, what about my deposit? top
  Your deposit is fully refunded for cash, through bank to bank transfer.
25. How can I place the deposit? top
  You can pay by cash, bank to bank, PayPal or credit card.
26. Can you help me in purchasing a product or bid for an auction from another Japanese shopping or bidding site? top
  Sure.Please provide the URL, contact information, item name, auction number, price, quantity, etc.Kindly contact us for further details.
27. Can you guarantee that I will be receiving the successfully bidded items?? top
  No.The seller has the final decision.For the same reason, you still have a chance even if you lost the auction.If the winner cancels or refuses to pay for the auction, the runner-up will replace him/her.
28. If I have a Yahoo! Japan Account, can I just subscribe to your shipping service? top
  We also provide this service.First, the member needs to place the auction to the cart with the winning price.Then, (s)he needs to place the corresponding deposit to us and give us the seller contact information.We will finish the remaining process for the member.
29. What will your company do if two or more members bid on the same item? top
  We do not inform members about this situation.We will select the member who offers the highest bidding price among all members interested in the item.
30. What is your office hour? top
  Our operation hours are:
Monday to Sunday, 12PM to 12AM.We close on Lunar New Year holidays (Day 1 to Day 7).
